Fairmont Limited Partnership ("Fairmont")

with honesty, accountability and adherence to legal standards. We are sensitive

Privacy
of Children
The Fairmont Music Store Site is
not directed to children under the age of Eighteen (18) and Fairmont will not knowingly
collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of Eighteen
(18). WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PARENTS PARTICIPATE

What
Information is Collected
Fairmont may collect two types of
information: personally identifiable information and aggregated non-personally identifiable
information.
Personally Identifiable Information

postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, age, marital status, income level,
education level, intentions, preferences and opinions. Fairmont does not collect
personally identifiable information about an individual except when individuals
provide such specific information on a voluntary basis.
Aggregated information will include
information that is anonymous such as the type of browser you are using or other
such non-personally identifiable information.
Why is
the Information Collected?
In order to access some specific
features of the Site, you may be required to register or otherwise voluntarily provide

certain contests or to personalize the Site's contents. You may choose not to provide
the personal information, but this may lead to decreased functionality of the Site
for you and will prevent us from providing you with certain products or services.

Fairmont works closely with a number
of parties who may perform functions on our behalf, including fulfilling orders,
providing music streaming services or other third party content, providing promotional
materials to our users, sending e-mail, managing, compiling and processing data,
processing credit card payments or providing customer service. We do not disclose
your personally identifiable information to these parties except to the extent necessary
to enable them to provide the specific services to you. Other than for the specific

Third
Party Services Providers
We share your information with third party service providers that are either subject
to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described
in this Privacy Policy. We employ other companies and individuals to perform
functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages,
sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists,
providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer
service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their
functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We reveal only the last
five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course,
we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company
during order processing.

How Secure
is Your Information
Any unauthorized use of the Site

firewall at a data centre with access to data strictly controlled. Only individuals
specifically involved in the analysis and other functions set out herein have access

the requisite training on our privacy policies and practices. To help ensure the
privacy of your information, we urge you not to share your user name and password
with anyone and recommend that you change your password frequently and store it
in a safe place. If you are asked to create a user name or password, please select
words that do not personally identify you. We offer "auto login" which
allows users to enter member areas of our Site without re-entering password information.

Termination
Without limiting the foregoing, Fairmont

of any conduct by you which we, in our sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable,

Removal
from email database
In order to be removed from our email
database, please unsubscribe by pressing the unsubscribe button provided inside
the email newsletter. Please note that it may be impossible to delete a user's entry
totally without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
